2018 Membership Dues Explanation
  • Dues payments are not deductible as charitible contributions for federal income tax purposes, but can be deductible as dues to a professional association.
  • The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS 2018 Membership Dues includes a $35.00 advertising assessment.
  • To avoid a the $25.00 late fee, payment for Annual Membership Dues must be received no later than 11:59pm November 30, 2017.
  • A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed on or after December 1, 2017.

Note: The entire $35.00 portion of dues related to
the NAR Public Awareness Campaignqualifies as deductible dues.
Contributions are not deductible for Federal Income Tax purposes. Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. You may decline to contribute without affecting your membership rights. 70% of each contribution is used to support local candidates. The remaining 30% is used by National RPAC to support Federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a. All contributions to RPAC must be made by personal checks, credit card or PayPal account. All corporate contributions will be deposited to NHAR's Issues Mobilization Fund.
